Having Hair Fall. On Mintop, Keratex Hair Oil. Did Not Use It Regularly. Does Mintop Has Any Side Effects?
I was having hair fall issues since 2007. I was suggested Mintop 5%, Finax 1mg and Keratex hair oil, which gave good growth of my hairs till 2009. I then frequently reduced the usage and did not use it regularly. Today I see less hairs again. When I went to doctor she suggested Nuhair seram with Nuhair capsules with combination to Mintop.
Mintop was not suggested by the doctor much as it has side effects like high BP and others. So she advised to gradually reduce Mintop. I would like to know is Mintop realy not good for health, shall I use it or stop it?

I went through' your doubts.
Mintop has lot of side effects both allergic and to heart and if you discontinue the drug you will lose the newly grown hair.
Finax under the brand name Propecia is advised. Brand name Proscar is not advised. Moreover you must not break the tab (because of cost factor) and use it. For certain people it is proved to affect the sexual function
Keratex is an herbal product containing sesame oil - results claimed, but not proved.
You are trying to avoid hair fall / to hide the androgenic baldness - but at what price - lot of allergic effect, cardiac effect and sexual dysfunction. Think. Are these drugs are sincerely needed for you?
You use saltless water for bathing. Avoid unnecessary shampoos. Don't expose yourself in dusty atmosphere and use proper oil for your hairs - these may help you
