Having Hard Painful Growth In Toe, Started After Scab Came Off. Whom To Consult?

I have a hard very painful growth in my second toe. It isn't red but is not regular skin color. It seems to be rougher than my normal skin. It's is fast growing. It seemed to start from my toe being irritated from rubbing on my boot. A small scab started and a few weeks ago the scab came off after a shower and it started to bleed uncontrollably it took a great deal of pressure and elevating for the bleeding to stop. That is when the growth started to form. I have no health insurance and I lost my job about a moth ago and I can not even begin to afford a Dr. right now. Please
Can you help me? If I do find a job in the near future what kind if Dr. would be recommended a dermatologist or a podiatrist? Thank you for your time?

You might need to consult a foot surgeon, you might not need a dermatologist.. x ray of affected region will reveal a lot of details
