Having Headache, Nausea, Blurred Vision, Frequent Urinating, Knots Along Rib Cage. Underlying Cause?
I am experiencing light headaches and light nausea everyday, am also a little dizzy with some blurred vision at times. I've been urinating more and my kidney are also slightly hurting. I am constantly sleepy and have a slight elevated body temperature. There are big knots along my rib cage also. I've had dry coughs and all if a sudden unexplained bruising. I know this is a lot of symptoms, but all have come suddenly and have last the last two weeks. I've gad the lumps 4 months and no longer have a womb. So pregnancy us ruled out. I am scared. I need help to know what's going on to me??

Thank you for posting your query.
Based on your symptoms, we need to exclude a diagnosis of urinary tract infection. This can be done by getting your urine examined and if necessary, by doing a urine culture test.
In addition, an ultrasound of kidneys, urinary bladder and ureters (KUB) is also useful.
Headaches, nausea and blurred vision could be part of the infection, or it could also be due to migraines.
