Dear friend, thank you for choosing HCM. do you also have sour eructuations? does increase on lying down,? any relation to food? loose motions, gases? is there sweating, palpitations? what did you have antibiotics for? where is the pian? describe.. will need details to answer more accurately. if answers are mostly yes , it is likely dyspepsia-acidity variants. you will feel better with Over the counter omeprazole or lansoprazole once a day, and an antacid like gelusil MPS. keep away from oily, spicy food. keep head elevated on pillows while sleeping. if not going away, pl. consult your physician to get evaluated. occasionally a cardiac pain may present like this. get an EKG also done.
