Having Heavy Periods From Past One Year, What Does My Pelvic Scan Implicate?

Hello doctor....I am 31 years old and have a son 4years old. I have been suffering from heavy periods for the past one year. I got a pelvic scan done today for diagnosis of hyperplasia. The scan reads Bulky uterus (MyoHyperplasia). The ET reading is 8 mm. Is this scan result normal? what are the implications?
