Having Internal Lumps Appearing And Disappearing Under Arms, Chest, Neck And Head Area. What Could It Be?
I just spoke with my son (42 years old). He is having internal lumps that appears and disappears over a week or so. They have appeared under his arms, chest, neck, head, groin, etc. I advised him to see a doctor. He says he thinks it is just caused by stress. What do you think this could be. I left him pleading that he sees a doctor ASAP and not assume it is not serious.
Swelling might be due to swelling of lymph nodes. When 2 or more lymph nodes swells its called lymphadenopathy. It may be due to various reasons like viral infection, bacterial infection, cancer, AIDS, syphilis. Consider it as serious and tell him to consult a doctor for clinical examination and investigations.
