Hi.
Thanks for asking in Healthcare Magic.

Severe potassium depletion can cause muscle cramps, pain and weakness. It can occur due to dehydration. Tender coconut water, yogurt, banana and orange (mozambi) are rich sources of potassium. Have them daily. Tender coconut water will also help to prevent dehydration.

Other sources rich in potassium are spinach, fish, mushroom, white beans, dates, tomatoes, raisins, sweet potato and baked potato. You can include them regularly in your diet.

Take vitamin B12, calcium and zinc supplements. Take nutritious diet and fresh fruits. Also rule out other causes of muscle pain and cramps like Fibromyositis.

I hope this is useful to you.
