Having Light Chest Pain, Inhaling Problem, Neck Pain From 6 Months

my age is 34 years weight around 84 kgs and in night i am having sleeping problem. light chest pain inhaling problem neck pain from past 6 months neck pain from past 2 months and back bone problem and i am having 130/90 BP

ok so you have to reduce your weight to atleast less than 63kgs that will solve half of your problem only diet and exercise shall do it for you and apart from that you have to maintain some work precautions as they cause your neck pain and back pain
