Having Mild Fever, Chest Pain Extending To Shoulder. TB Not Confirmed But Put On Medicine. Suggest?

my dad is 53 yrs and is having mild fever from the past one year with chest pain in the left which extends to shoulders.he has been tested for tb but it is not yet confirmed if he has it or not coz all the tests are fine.now doctor has put him on tb medicines for past two days.i want to know how long does the medicine take in responding?and when will his fever come down.?

in many of my patients if fever is not going and all tets are negetive we should thinkof food theory which says milk or wheat can react with body proteins to cause this
likely to be milk
confirm by getting blood serum tests for specific antibodies for milk wheat or other major food components withdraw and get result in few wk
