Having Minor Rectal Bleeding, Stomach Ache. Taking Shot For Birth Control And Not Having Regular Periods. Worrisome?

I am 25 year old female slight bleeding from the rectum also stomach cramps I also just had a baby 11 months ago I am taking the shot for birth control pill so i do not have a period each month

TAKE NON SPICY FOOD , BANANA FRUIT,GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES AND PILEX TABLETS TWICE DAILY,

TAKE TENDER COCONUTS AND TAB ACILOC 150 MG TWICE DAILY FOR 10 DAYS
