Having Nausea, Fever, Change In Bowel Movements, Dizziness, Indigestion. Normal Blood Test. Could It Be H-pylori?
Feeling sick for 3 1/2 weeks now. Nautious, dry heaves, feverish, head feels hot and clammy, change in bowel movements, weak, dizzy, tired, heavy feeling arms and spaghetti legs, stomach bloating , indigestion/burping, no appetite . Had abdominal ultrasound - came back normal, regular blood test normal. Could it be H-Pylori or some sort of intestinal bacteria since I ve been feeling really bad for 3 1/2 weeks now? Antibiotics?
After reading your post, I would like to suggest that you should get your stool examined for any infection or worm infestation.
You can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg along with Domperidone 30 mg once a day before meals. A probiotic along with a digestive enzyme preparation containing pepsin and fungal diastase after meals will have added benefits. Antibiotic and antiamoebic can be added according to the reports of the stool examination.
You should eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Also maintain your hydration.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
