Having Pain In Abdomen, Severe Nausea With Vomiting, Gall Bladder Removed. What To Do?

Yes, I am having pain in my abdomen (right) which seems to pulse like a heart will. I can actually see it beat Lynn I have severe nausea with some vomiting, have had my gall bladder removed and the pain is not in my lower right side-it is above my waist.
