Having Painful And Sensitive Movable Ball On Right Pelvis. What Could It Be?
Hi I have a really painful/sensitive moveable ball on the left side of my pelvis right where my underwear would sit should I be worried the pain has only come up over night not sure about the ball because I have only noticed it since I felt because of the pain.
Hello and welcome to HCM, The history suggests that you noticed a swelling or lump in your pelvis after pain appeared. The lump could have been present there for a longer duration but it came into your focus because of the pain. A lump at this location could be due to lymph node enlargement. A clinical examination is required to know the location, and character of the lump. Imaging study e.g. ultrasound of the pelvic region is required for exact location and origin of the lesion. Depending on the result of imaging study, further management can be planned. An aspiration of the lesion can be done to know further details. You need to consult your doctor preferably surgeon for further management.
