Having Rash Between Thighs. Looks Like Some Poisonous/acidic Insect. Feeling Pain And Burning Sensation. Suggestions

Good Evening Sir,
My wife had faced with a sudden type of rash which had been seen between thighs on the upper portion. It was seen on last Friday. It looks like some poisonous / acidic insect had come in contact with the skin and there is a specific mark in those areas only with pain and burning sensation. One ointment is been using "Fusitop-B" from yesterday. Nothing got improved . Please suggest.

Hi thanks for writing to health care magic. It seems to be severe allergic reaction.Do not apply soap or other antiseptic over it.Keep it dry.Use loose cotton undergarments. You can give her tab.allegra180mg daily.Continue with fusitop b cream.I hope this can solve your problem. If no improvement is seen ,then you have to take systemic steroids .For this you can consult a dermatologist.Take care.
