Having Severe Headache, MRI Resulted Muscle Thickening In Right Maxillary Sinus. What Is Permanent Cure?

Hi, i am having severe headache, i took the MRI a year ago and the result was Mucosal thickening noted in the right maxillary sinus , when i get headache it stays for more than a day and severe headache. can you please suggest me a medicine or permanent cure. Thanks Mukesh

As report says that maxillary sinus is involved please get in touch with a ENT surgeon who will perform a small procedure with involved sinus and you will be ok
