Having Small Hard White Lumps On Scrotum.
My boyfriend has small hard white lumps on his scrotum (not on the testes). We don't know what these are and were wondering if we should be concerned or not. Sometimes they can produce a hard white substance not unlike the middle of a pimple. He says they have all grown in size in the last year. The biggest is about the size of a peanut. He is 21.
