Having Small Scabs On Back, Bleeding. Does Not Remember A Insect Bite Or Something? Guide

I've had a number of small scabs on my back for several months now which aren't healing up? If the top gets knocked off, they bleed a lot? Can't remember them being moles ir insect bites (we live in Greece)
Whenever, I have a small cut or similar, they too bleed profusely
I would appreciate your comments, bearing in mind that medical facilities are limited on the island, I would need to consult directly with a specialist on the nearest large island, many thanks

Hi,
It seems that you are hakving trucal acne.
Take azithromycine 500 mg daily for 4 weeks, then 3 tab in a week one on monday,tuesday and wednesday.
Take isotretinoin 5 mg at night till good result.
Avoid soap.,take dettol bath.
Avoid stress, Avoid worries,
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Avoid milk, ghee and butter.
Take salad, carrot.
Take proper sleep.
