Having Surgry On Meniscus. Does Bicycling Help Exercise Knee?

im having surgry on my medial meniscus Tuesday.Does bicycling help exercise my knee? I am a truck driver and I use my clutch a lot for the tipe of truck I drive. I work long hrs and don t hav much time for theropy.do u hav any ideas that would help me?

but it is still very early, just a few days have passed since your surgery.
Follow the advice of your orthopedic surgeon.He will indicate exercises that
you can do for yourself to rehabilitate your knee.
