Having Testicle Pain. What Could This Be?

hi my name is matt I have a problem I have a spot on my left testicle I have had it for about a moth I do have some testicular pain at the top part of my testicle I did go to my GP and told him that I got some think hanging in my scrotem he looked at my testicle and put a light there to see any think he said im fine come back and see me if I still have any pain I still do should I go back

Thank you for the query.

Testicle pain can be caused by several things. If this is only mild discomfort, varicocele is most possible. You should be able to palpate some kind of noodles in the scrotum.
Other issues like testicle inflammation, epidydymis or inguinal hernia can also give testicle pain. You may also have swollen or bigger one testicle.
I suggest you to visit urologist and have testis ultrasound done.
