Having Testicular Pain On Both Testicles, Pain Radiating To Pelvic, Lower Abdomen, Watery Sperm. Reason?

dear sir, i have been suffering with testicular pain by both my testicles on lower side since a month. The pain is occasional and unfrequent. When i observed my sperm it was watery with less viscosity. The pain is radiating form both the testicles to the pelvic area and lower abdomen . It progressive during coughing. Can you pls diagnose my problem.

Thanks for query.
It seems that you might have Orchitis giving this problem.
Another possibility is of having developing Inguinal hernia.
It can better be diagnosed by physical examination and seeing the local part.
