Having Twinges In The Lower Abdomen And Feeling Bloated

Hi, I had a laparoscopy along with ovarian drilling on 12th December 2013, we had been trying for a baby for 2 years, my partners sperm is borderline but I have been having twinges in my lower abdomen and feeling bloated with extreme tiredness and headaches I cant seem to get rid of, could this be a sign of pregnancy or am I being paranoid? I am about 6 days past ovulation now

Do a urine pregnancy test if you have missed period and in case it is negative or periods come normally then there is nothing to worry.
