dear friend,
thanks for sharing your concern.
do not worry at all.you will be fine.
of course visiting a
dentist and getting yourself evaluated for dental treatment is best.but at present if you cannot afford it,then i can just help you with simple measures to follow for maintaining good
oral hygiene.
these measures if followed properly will stop the progression of disease if not a complete cure.
later on once you get a charity dental camp, you can very well get the treatment done there, look for it in your city.the oral hygiene measures are,
1.brush twice daily, especially in the night after food.
2.avoid lots of chocolates, refined sugar and sticky food stuffs,if you consume them, make sincere effort to brush your teeth after having them.
3.use
chlorhexidine 2% mouth wash for fifteen days and then discontinue for next fifteen days. again repeat this.do this for three months.
4.use gum paints for gum
massage.
5.if possible do flossing for interdental areas(means passing of dental floss between two teeth to keep it clean. )
include vit C supplements in your diet, like lemon, oranges etc.
hope it helps.
thanks
