hi may i ask what is the meaning of "shows marked diminution of the previously noted haziness in both lower lungs, the hemidiaphragm and their lateral costophrenic sulcus are now delineated. ct ratio is 5.8 are of increased density of uncertained nature is now seen along the plane of 9th rib no other significant interval changes noted.
