Head Feels Heavy And Pains. Have Cholesterol. No BP And Diabetes.Suggestions?
Hi,i am 25 yr old Male.I have been having a constant feeling of heaviness on my left side of head,sometimes its a throbbing pain.and my head, neck and face gets warm when I wake up in the morning.This has been going on for 3 weeks.I don t have any high blood pressure , diabetes .cholestrol abit high.thanks for getting me some tips.

From the kind of continuous headache that you have described it appears that you are having a tension headache. You will benefit by treatment with Amitryptiline. Meanwhile until you get it prescribed from a psychiatrist you can take paracetamol for pain relief. Also get a visual acuity done as visual disturbance are a common cause of headache.
