Hello. I hit my head nearly two days ago, near the top on the right side. When I hit my head, there were no blackouts, no headaches , no blurred vision , no difficulties with speaking or having problems with walking or thinking; just soreness. Also I would like to mention that my pupils are exactly the same. This afternoon, I felt a little bit nauseous which lasted for nearly three minutes. I gagged twice before I felt better. I contacted my insurance s 24/7 Nurse Hotline, and the nurse said to watch out for these symptoms like a severe headache, problems walking, speaking, or thinking or passing out. If any of the these symptoms should appear, then I must go to the ER immediately. Because it s a holiday (January 1), I was informed by the nurse to contact my doctor s office tomorrow morning to schedule an appointment to be evaluate. Should I go to the ER anyways or visit an Urgent Care or just wait to see my doctor as soon as possible?
