Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
WIth your history, it seems that there must have been a muscle spasm in the cervical region which is causing the problem. But the tingling sensation of the fingers if persists along with the pain in the cervical region even after proper physiotherapy and anti inflammatory drugs, I would suggest you for an MRI scan of head and cervical region to see if there is any cervical nerve compression and get the report along with yourself reviewed by an orthopedic surgeon for further management.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts. Thanks for choosing health care magic for clearing doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
