Dear mini
I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon
I would advise you to immediately rush to a CT scan center and get her CT done or contact a neurosurgeon in the nearest vicinity. Your description is matching with a incracranial hematoma. Please do not waste any time as this can be life threatening
I hope this answers your concerns. Do let me know if you need further information on this

Neurologist Dr. Piyush Ostwal's  Response
Hello,
There is no specific diet chart except that she has to reduce intake of salt because of high BP. Also since she will be on bed rest, the energy expenditure will be less and so if she continues with previous diet she is likely to gain weight. So low calories diet (less of sugars, fats) is recommended.
good luck.
