Hi there, Thanks for your query. The symptoms are that of transient brain concussion, which will recover over the next few days, depending on its extent. Take NSAIDs, such as, ibuprofen + paracetamol combination, thrice daily along with plenty of oral fluids, until you recover. If your were punched by a fist, chances of a severe injury are remote. However, if you were hit by a hard object, I would recommend that you undergo a CT Brain to rule out a Brain contusion/mild bleed. Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion.
