Hi Chranda,
The structure of the skin over the scalp is such that swelling appears immediately if soft tissue of the scalp is injured. This can results in goose egg swelling.
Pain in the neck can be due to the spasm of the neck moscles due to the fall. It can be relieved by taking painkillers and muscle relaxant under medical supervision. Give rest to the part for quick healing. Apply neck collar if needed.
You can get your head scanned for any other injury.
I hope I am able to answer your query.
Thanks.
