Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of vasovagal syncope. In this condition, the blood supply to the brain reduces for a short while, leading to brief loss of consciousness.
The underlying causes could be many, and would range from anemia, exhaustion, tiredness, hunger, low sugar, low BP, to heart rhythm disturbances.
If the routine tests are normal, you may consult a cardiac electrophysiologist and undergo a HUTT (head up tilt test).

I hope it helps.

Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
