Your symptoms are suggestive of vasovagal
syncope. In this condition, the blood supply to the brain reduces for a short while, leading to brief
loss of consciousness.
The underlying causes could be many, and would range from
anemia, exhaustion,
tiredness, hunger, low sugar,
low BP, to heart rhythm disturbances.
If the routine tests are normal, you may consult a cardiac electrophysiologist and undergo a HUTT (head up tilt test).
