Head Rush. Very Similar To Standing Up Too Quickly, Yet

Head rush. Very similar to standing up too quickly, yet smaller in intensity and more local in front of head.
Comes itermititently, no certain activity causes the head rush to come on. With head rush, I feel a little faint, but it is controllable. Then I may, most of the time become cross-eyed and see double. double vision goes away in about 3-5 minutes.

Aside from what is above, I get a tightness in the lower part of my back of neck. This tightness progresses internal but very close to the surface, upward to the lower part of the back of the brain. This progression is in the form of pain. Once it reaches the lower part of the back of the skull/brain, it then spreads outward to about the size of a half dollar and if I can describe it, it only penetrates into the brain a very small distance. This happens on both sides of the neck. There is no real side that shows a preference at this time.

Well there it is.
