Head Tender After Hitting Side Walk. Should I Be Concerned?

I fell Friday night and hit the back of my head on the sidewalk. It was swollen Saturday and I put ice on it. It is very very tender now but not as swollen. I don't have a doctor here in Denver yet, just moved here. Should i be concerned? Did NOT black out, see stars or get sick. It just really hurts!

It may be soft tissue swelling. Still as pain is there. Get ct brain done to rule out fracture bone or deep brain tissue injury.
