Headache Attack, Vomiting, Normal CT Scan, Weakness, Dizziness, Vision Trouble, History Of Accident Causing Compression At C4-6. Suggestion?

I had severe headache attack with vomit on friday. I went to doc and he has prescribed following medicine along with a CT scan - rizact - palitex - tryptomer - pantodac dsk CT scan came out ok. I had an accidental in 2010 which caused spinal compression between c4-c6. Now i m feeling weak, drizziness, problem in vision .
