Headache, Ear Fullness, Facial Bone Pain. Taken Tramadol. Swollen Hand, Joint Pain

For months i have had headaches,ear fullness, and facial bone pain. I went to the doctor and they put me on tramadol and topamax. He said it was TMJ. Recently my right side only has been affected by... severe shoulder joint pain, wrist pain, my middle kuckle on my middle finger is is in constant unbareable pain. My right fingers and toes are numb. My right hand is always swollen.....

i think you need to be evaluated for arthritis, as your problems are increasing.
we need to look at your ESR,CRP,RF etc for the same.
