I have got the result of CT scan showing --- 1) Mild Deviation of the nasal septum to the right is noted 2) Left concha bullosa is noted. Can you please explain me this and prevention for the same?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern with the swimmer this is very common condition happens, concha bullosa is the condition in which air being filled in turbinate of nose, and septum deviation is shifting of partitioned bone between two nostrils, with conservative treatment this gets al right and no need to worry about this, you have to stop the swimming till you get al right, hope this information helps you have a nice day.
