Suggest Treatment For Concha Bullosa
Hi.. Greetings.. I have done a CT PNS AXIAL/CORONAL Impression Impacted DNS to the left with hypertrophied right inferior turbinate. Concha bullosa bilateral middle turbinates. Reason i did this CT is for the slight blood dots seen in the early morning phelgm during brushing. Can you advise me why this has caused and remedies.. Would be very glad.. Thanks. UMa

You have a deviated nasal septum, which can cause sinusitis. That means frequent infections of the sinus. For that you may need correction of the septum.
