Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,

You are having severe headache due to Migraine, This is good that your MRI brain is normal please do not worry.

Migraine is a chronic neurological disorder characterized by recurrent moderate to severe headaches, this is one of the common cause of headache.

If your headache is frequent then you need to take preventive treatment in consultation with Neurophysician or Physician.

These include topiramate, divalproex/sodium valproate, propranolol, and metoprolol.

immediate relief is obtained with analgesic and triptans like aspirin nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen,Diclofenac etc. and Sumatriptan.

Migranil is ergotamine which is old therapy these new drugs will certainly help you.

Biofeedback and neurostimulators, have some advantages in migraine prevention, mainly when common anti-migraine medications are contraindicated .

Hope this information helps you.
Take care
Good Luck.
