Headache, Stomach Pain, MRI Done Eosinophil 5, Monocytes 6. Reglan, Toradol, Solumedrol, Benadryl Taken. Suspecting Parasites.

I have a 14 year old daughter that has had a non stop headache for 5 months now. She has had her labs done repeatedly and a contrast mri. She is non responsive to over the counter pain medication. All comes labs out clear except that eosinophil comes as a 5 and monocytes (absolute) at .6. Also, her alk phos isoenzymes; liver fraction 11, and bone fraction 89. She went to the ER for a headache cocktail consisting of reglan, toradol, solumedrol, and benadryl. It brought the headache down to a 1 for about a week and then the headache got worse again. She is tired a lot, can't think very much, and is getting regular stomach aches. We are suspecting parasites but don't know how to proceed.
