Headaches, Dizziness, Nausea, Pain. Should I Be Concerned?

Hi, yes my 10 year old son was complaining of headaches , dizziness and nausea 3 days ago. The next day his dizziness and headache had subsided but he has had nausea since. Today he has also complained of the back of his thighs hurting him like stabbing pains, he said like pins and needles but it isn t? Should I be concerned?

Hello,
Headache associated with dizziness, nausea usually indicate problems relating to central nervous system. He should be examined to rule out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult paediatrician for evaluation and treatment.
