Headaches, Pain Behind Right Eye, Sore Throat, Light Headedness. Treatment Options?

I get headaches a lot, mostly above and behind my right eye which I went to the opticians for who gave me reading glasses which temporarily helped but now they have returned. I also have a sore throat a lot and recently I feel lightheaded when I move my head at all. I also sleep a lot, about 8 hours a night and then after a few hours awake I find it hard to concentrate as I m tired again. What could this be?

Hi. I guess you may be having a sinusitis, which can cause such symptoms of headache, sore throat, and light headedness. The other problem which can cause similar symptoms except for the sore throat is sleep apnea/ snoring, which may cause a disturbed sleep pattern which can cause all other problems which you have. Both these conditions can also affect your work performance and concentration. So visit an ENT specialist for the same. Hope I have answered your query. Thank you.
