Headaches, Poor Balance, Black Spots In Vision, Nausea, Sensitive To Loud Noises, Back Pain. What Is The Cause?

I have been getting headaches every day all day for about 6 months now. I had an MRI done and I have a chiari malformation but my neurologists believe it has nothing to do with my headaches because the herniation is only 5 mm. I also have poor balance, I see black spots in one eye, I am very nauseous, I am sensitive to loud noises, and my neck and back hurt a lot. The pain usually starts in the back of the head and radiates to the entire head. What do you think is causing them?

U may be sufferring from cervical spondylitis. All the symptoms u r facing can easily b explained with this. Most of the patients who have cervical spondilitis also have simultaneous lower back pain due to disc herniation. The blac spots may just b incidental that there may not any problem with that or u might get a retinoscopy done to rule out any pathology. But u surely dont have these problems due to chiari.
