Internal Medicine Specialist, Dr. Sudhir's Response
Hello,
In view of symptoms particularly headache and imbalance kind of feeling I think you should get a clinical evaluation done to look for ear nose throat related issues. Sinusitis and ear infections are first to be ruled out.At your age these are more common cause before migraine.
A clinical evaluation can help to determine the possible causes and then as needed doctor might want to get few investigations like xray or scan done.
Regards.
