Heard Popping Sound In Back Of Hand After Heavy Lifting. Having Pain. Sprain Or Dislocation?

A couple of days ago, I was lifting something heavy and heard and felt a pop in the back of my hand near the middle finger knuckle. Still hurts when I clench my fist or try to separate my index finger and middle finger. There is a constant burning pain, but it is not extreme pain. Wondering if I could have dislocated or sprained something?

Hi welcome ! First Thing To Do Is Give Warm Compress To Your Finger, Take Pain spray, Don't Try To Fix On Your Own. If Still Pain, Need X Ray And Consult Your Orthopedic Doctor For Further. Treatment. Be Safe! Bye.
