Heart Pain And Gasbubble Sensation Around The Heart

Male; 6 1 ; 130lbs. Needle-type pain in heart a few times a day; gas-bubble sensation around heart area (under left pectoral a few times a day - especially when laying down; different (harder) heartbeat when laying on right side. These symptoms have been happening for a month or so. Not much exercise; eat healthy at times but not consistently.

Hi
These symptomes are not related to heart , but are likely due to Refulx oesophagitis or Hiatal hernia .
This can be diagnosed with upper GI endoscopy and can be controlled with medicines .
