Heart Pain While Breathing, Quick Pulse, Dizziness At Night, Autistic Child
My 10yr old son complains of heart pain mostly on inhalation and his heart beats very fast. He also complains of repeated dizziness at nighttime when going to bed. He has complained about these symptoms for the past two months off and on. He also has autism but is high functioning with a full time aid at school. Any feedback would be great.

Chest pain due to heart problem is not common at this age. His symptoms could also be due to stress. Are you giving him any medicines for autism? I think you should also try music therapy for his autism.
