From the limited information provided by you, the possible cause is either, recurrent
internal bleeding from the site where
biopsy was taken; or, secondary infection at the biopsy site. The oozing blood, clots inside the vagina before it can flow out.
Or, there may be an abnormality in the
uterus itself, resulting in intermittent bleeding within the uterus.
The exact cause can only be ascertained on repeat
colposcopy.
Consult your Gynecologist and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable/modified treatment as advised.
