hi

Thanks for your query

i can feel your concerns

many women experience irregular and heavy periods after stopping these injections

yes,you can use tranexamic acid during periods to slow down bleeding

i advise you to consult your doctor for clinical examination and ultrasound

avoid spicy and junk food

try to add fresh fruits and vegetables

i also advice to have your haemoglobin checked, as you may be anaemic because of heavy bleeding

take iron supplements after consulting your doctor
