Heavy Period With Blood Clots, Fluttering Feeling In Lower Pelvis Area. Have Tumor On Right Ovary. Cancer?

i am a 43yr old female...i had a very heavy period with blod clots for three days after that i continue to bleed lightly but have developed a fluttering pulsating feeling in lower pelvic area...feels like something is alive in there...help what is it...i have a tumor on my right ovary that i havent had removed....could it be cancer?

If you already have a tumor in one ovary then the heavy bleeding that you are having can be due to the hormonal disturbance caused by it. You can get your CA-125 assessed to find out the status of tumor.
