Hello. A little over a month ago I suddenly started having abdominal pain and cramping. It was constant up until about 3 or 4 days ago. Now it's nowhere near as bad. But for the past 4 days my ribs hurt like they are squeezing me when I lay down on both sides and in back of ribs, eith fast or hard heartbeat, with lightheaded and fatigue. Was wondering your opinion. Thank you. Also I'm a 36 year old male
