Hello. A week ago, I suddenly started to have sharp, stabbing pain in my lower left quadrant. A few days later, my abdomen distended and the distension has persisted- I look about 7 months pregnant. The pain has now spread across my entire lower abdomen, and I have both intermittent sharp and cramping pains. What could possibly be causing this?

kindly answer following questions in order to diagnose better-
1) what is your age?
2) since when distension started?
3) do you have any other symptoms along?
I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO FIRST GET THE SONOGRAPHY DONE.
